My mother was very critical of my appearance even to the extent of having unnecessary plastic surgery on my ears when I was 8 years old. However, when I was self-conscious, she'd say THE TRUTH: "Nobody cares but YOU!" I hope you really "get it." People want you to love and notice THEM! Try that beauty treatment, Cinderella!
