Blech. I've had my best luck (for casual tops) with Lands End stuff (you can get it at Sears). Sometimes you can catch it on sale. I have a 3/4 length sleeve polo from them that I wear every weekend. I've had good luck at Eddie Bauer too and I appreciate that they don't segregate the larger sizes (I have an outlet near me so it's cheap too).
