Hubs and I really need to lose some weight. He cuts down to one chocolate bar a day and he lost 5 pounds. I avoid chocolate for weeks and have gained 2 pounds. He parks a little further from the door to add maybe 5 to 10 minutes of activity to his day and noticably drops weight. I started walking an hour a day in the summer and the scale still refuses to budge. Want to know why men die earlier than women? 'Cause we kill them out of frustration! Yep.
