Yay! The Wiggles! I don't even have kids and I think they look fun.

LMK is super picky too. He will not eat any cooked vegetable save for green beans and corn. I need variety people, variety! Plus, he makes up his mind before he tries something. He's like a little kid making a face before the food even gets to the vicinity of his mouth. Such a baby.

Me too. What time is dinner on?

Peanut wouldn't sit still long enough to read a book at that age either. Now, it's "You read it me!"

He might be a little slower in early speech development, but Erik's language skills when he's older and his ability to pick up 3rd & 4th language will be amazing. And breastfeeding - the pediatrician should know better. Everything I've ever read has said do what's best and most comfortable for you & the kiddo.

Carrie... I'm coming over to your house for dinner.

If that is your mundane.... I'm there! My mundane is cereal.

Hah! I SO hear you when it comes to the reading! My first two boys loved to be read to; then along came #3. In his first five years, the only time he stayed still long enough to have an entire book read to him was during his first three weeks, when he was in neo-natal intensive care!

He loves books now, though, and I love that I still have someone I can read great kid-lit to.

It will come. Keep persevering.
