Bobs really are always in style, and they are actually experiencing a comeback at the moment. I kinda like your hair at the length that it is currently, though.

Another reason for the rinse and repeat is if you don't (or can't) wash your hair as often as it needs to be washed. If I skip more than one day (as in leg in a cast, etc), then it definitely takes two rounds to get it back to decent. I'm thinking that back when baths, etc. were standard as once a week rather than once a day, rinse and repeat was probably necessary for most hair types.

Too bad I can't get my boys (young and older) to vacuum for hours ;)

Burning nipples? Sounds more like kinky foreplay than like a midwife trick :) But OUCH! Leave it to the norwegians...

We haven't given our 16-month old crayons either. The one time she got ahold of a pencil from her brother's school supplies was enough to convince us that she can scribble quite well (on the chair...on the wall...etc). Though I guess we did give her crayons in a restaurant and she couldnt seem to figure out how to make them work. I say she's playing us.

Ditto on liking to spin until she staggers around like a druken sorority girl. Over and over again. You'd think she'd eventually make herself sick. We don't worry because we have a child with autism (the spinning is a form of "stimming") and the difference is the frequency and intensity. If it's not something you've thought twice about before Dr. Google, its probably not a problem. :)

Bobs are always in style. I'm thinking about going back to one myself, except for the reason BadAunt brings up.

Mustard? I can't even imagine!

Maybe it's just my computer, but your skin looks lovely to me. What problem are you seeing?

About the hair ... I'm divided. I think a just-above-the-chin bob would look lovely, but it needs upkeep - it doesn't stay just-above-the-chin. Will you have regular cuts? If not, stick with the ponytail - at least you can fool around with different updos if you're bored with it. That's what I do, even though shorter hair suits me better. I never get around to going to the hairdresser often enough to maintain it, short.

I only shampoo once, too. The rinse and repeat thing IS just a ploy to get you using more shampoo. I read about years ago in a book written by a woman who used to work in the cosmetics industry.

We've got a little over 6 inches here. We were shocked when we woke especially since we were supposed to get ice. LMK is already delayed tomorrow. Woohoo!

We have the Liberty Tax people here too, only they're usually teenagers who spend more time standing beside a car containing a friend than waving to cars. Still must be a crappy job. But! It's a job.
