No Reason
Here’s your free cute picture of the day. No reason. My friend e-mailed it to me last night and it’s so damned cute I can’t keep it to myself. It’s from the holiday cookie exchange in December. I can’t believe how much he’s grown in just a month!
I thought I ruined our new sleep routine last night. Erik was whimpering and whining and Mike was in the shower. Suddenly it sounded like he was throwing up and Mike was in the shower and I didn’t know what to do but my motherly instincts took over and I rushed in and saved my baby because no baby of mine is going to puke without his mommy to comfort him even if those damned unloving pediatricians with no soul say it is good for them and he clung to me and held me and it was so sweet and I loved him for a good ten minutes before putting him back down and listening to him scream. Being a mommy is hard and it makes me write run-on sentences.
Time for the gym!
Oh, and he didn’t really throw up.

I would’ve done the same thing if I had thought my baby was throwing up. And you did really good by not giving in and letting him sleep with you. (I would’ve caved).
