Mosaic Minds is live!
In case you aren’t on the subscriber’s list or you haven’t seen it elsewhere, the Dreams and Nightmares issue of Mosaic Minds is live! I am extremely pleased with this issue. We picked up some new contributors along the way and they show some great talent (as do all our regulars). I’ll let you go read that instead of reading my insane ramblings.
I have to go work on my resume now. What fun, what fun. I found the perfect job and am dying to get it. Part time, telecommuting from home. Whoo-hoo! The title has the word “writer” in it! Whoo-hooo! Best suited for the job: a former English teacher. Whoo-hooo!
The job itself promises to be insanely boring, but the pay would make it well worth it. I would be writing and making money. Of course, writing vocabulary test questions is not exactly the kind of writing I dream of.
On the more personal creative writing front, I have committed myself before Mike and teh internets to submit two essays to Chicken Soup for the Soul–one for their Chocolate edition and one for their Holiday edition. They aren’t due until March but I want to get a polished draft done before we leave on our Christmas holiday (two weeks. . .where has the time gone?)
