Nothing to see here

Nothing to see here. I’ll advise you to move right along to the new issue of Mosaic Minds. I have a feature and a book review this time. Not much after last month’s writing frenzy.

You all need to be aware that I live with two completely crazy people. MisterE has a new thing. He likes to be held upside down by his ankles. He laughs and laughs and laughs. As soon as you put him in an upright position he screams and screams and screams. Does this make him special needs? Or should I not worry and just change his name to Batman.

Mike is a freak in the wardrobe department. He is currently wearing a dress shirt and lounging pants. The dress shirt is tucked in. Take a moment to fully appreciate the situation. Plaid flannel lounging pants with a tucked in dress shirt. When asked why he was being so very formal, he explained that he was going out to check the mail. Yes, we must always look our best when checking the mail at 10 pm. In our lounging pants.

My husband is a tuck-in freak too. He tucks everything into his lounging pants (although he doesn’t typically wear dress shirts)…he claims it keeps his kidneys warm.

My son loves to be held upside down by his ankles, too. Now that he weighs 35 pounds, it’s a lot harder, but it’s worth it to hear the insane giggling.
