I'm sorry you are still hurting. I know the rest is boring, but if it helps, it is worth it. You should be able to adjust the typeface size in about any application (or the view size - go throught the help for modifications for the visually impaired), which might help. If you have any kind of tray with legs, you can put the laptop on it and that will help, too. It will get better!
