It's sad to watch our parents grow old and not take care of themselves. I wish we could help them. but the only thing that can help them is themselves. I just keep telling myself that there is nothing I can do now for them, but I can do something for myself. I will remember what my parents are doing and change it so I don't do the same thing so that I will be around and health for my kids and spouse. My words to live by.
